By accessing or using petsunplugged.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

2. About Pets Unplugged

Pets Unplugged is a sole proprietorship that creates and sells interactive pet coloring books with QR code animations. Our products are available as physical printed books (via Amazon) and digital PDF downloads (via Payhip).

3. Products & Purchases

Physical Books

Physical books are sold exclusively through Amazon. All purchases, returns, refunds, and shipping are governed by Amazon's policies. Pets Unplugged has no direct involvement in the transaction and cannot process returns or refunds for Amazon purchases.

Digital PDF Downloads

Digital PDF downloads are sold through Payhip. Upon purchase you will receive a downloadable PDF file for personal use only. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your download, contact us at hello@petsunplugged.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

QR Code Animations

Each page in our coloring books includes a QR code that links to a hosted 6-second animation. While we make every effort to keep these animations available, we cannot guarantee permanent availability. We reserve the right to update or replace animation content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and within our products — including illustrations, animations, text, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Pets Unplugged and its artists, and is protected by copyright law.

• You may print digital PDF pages for personal, non-commercial home use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from our products or website without written permission
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute our digital PDF files
• Coloring and personalizing pages for personal enjoyment is encouraged and permitted

5. Monthly Art Contest

By submitting artwork to our monthly art contest, you agree to the following:

• Your submitted artwork is 100% original and created by you
• You grant Pets Unplugged an exclusive, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, publish, and sell your submitted artwork on our website, social media, promotional materials, and merchandise
• Winners will be credited as the artist wherever their work is featured
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent
• Contest winners must respond to our notification email within 7 days to claim their prize
• The decision of the Pets Unplugged team regarding winners is final
• Pets Unplugged reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time

6. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Reproduce or redistribute our copyrighted content without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content via any forms on the Site

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
